Booking advance

A booking is confirmed only after we receive 50% of the agreed total as an advance payment. We confirm the service, inclusions, total amount and balance payment arrangements on the call or WhatsApp before you pay.

How to cancel

Call +91 88266 77921 and tell us you want to cancel. You may also send a WhatsApp message, but please call as well if the service is due within the hour.

Customer cancellation

Once a booking is confirmed, payments made for it are non-refundable if the customer cancels. This applies whether cancellation happens before or after a vehicle, freezer box, staff member or service partner has been dispatched.

If Swargdwar cannot provide the service

If we cannot provide the service we confirmed and you do not accept a suitable alternative, we refund all money paid to Swargdwar for that unprovided service. The refund is initiated within five working days through the original payment method. A cash payment is returned through UPI or bank transfer using details confirmed with the person who paid.

Payments are not taken on this website

The website does not collect or store card, bank or UPI details. Payment instructions are shared directly after the booking details have been agreed on the call or WhatsApp.

Charges that were never ours

Money paid directly at a crematorium counter or to another third party was not collected by Swargdwar, so we cannot refund it. We can tell you who to contact and which receipt to provide.

Raising a problem

Call +91 88266 77921 first. If it is not resolved on the call, write to info@swargdwar.com so the matter can be reviewed and answered in writing.
