We do not run an account system or a tracker. If you use the contact form, the details you enter are sent through FormSubmit to our email inbox. Nothing follows you around this website. What we know about you is what you choose to tell us in order to have something arranged.
What this website collects: nothing
This site is flat HTML files. There is no database, no login, no comment box, and no advertising or analytics script that runs before you interact with the page. It sets no cookies of its own. FormSubmit processes contact-form details for the sole purpose of delivering the enquiry to our configured email inbox.
Your browser makes an ordinary request to our host to fetch a page, and the host keeps standard server logs for security and reliability, as every web host does. We do not use those logs to build a profile of you.
What we hold, and only because you gave it to us
When you call or message us to arrange a service, we take what the job needs:
- Your name and the number you are calling from
- The address for collection or delivery, and access details such as the floor
- The name of the deceased, and where they are now
- What you have asked us to arrange, and when
- The documents you show us at a ground or a hospital, only for as long as the step that needs them
Calls are not recorded. Our published number is a direct phone line. We may see ordinary incoming and missed-call information supplied by the phone service, but Swargdwar does not create or store audio recordings of calls.
Where it lives
Not in this website's own database. Contact-form messages are delivered by FormSubmit to our email provider, and WhatsApp conversations remain in WhatsApp under Meta's terms. We keep only the working notes needed to arrange the service and handle any related question. We delete them when they are no longer needed, unless keeping them is required by law or an unresolved complaint.
Who else sees it
Only the people who have to, and only the part they need:
- The vendor doing the job - an ambulance operator, a hearse driver, a pandit - gets the address, the timing and a contact number. They do not get anything else.
- A crematorium or a hospital, where a document must be produced to complete a step you have asked us to take.
- Anyone we are legally required to give it to.
We do not sell your details, and we do not pass them to advertisers or list brokers. There is no circumstance in which a bereaved family's contact details become a marketing asset.
Your rights under the DPDP Act
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, and ask us to erase it. Write to info@swargdwar.com, our contact address for privacy questions and complaints, or call +91 88266 77921.
We will answer within the time the law allows. If you are not satisfied with how we handle it, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
